What does the word ‘witch’ mean to you?
We’d love to hear from you about what witch means for you and how you embrace the word in your own life.
First thing that comes to
Mind is a woman dressed in black with a pointed hat riding a broomstick. We all know that’s not really what a witch is. I believe a witch is a person with certain powers to help people with health , financial and personal problems in life. My grandmother could remove warts and other things. We were never allowed to watch. I don’t like the word witch because it brings negative thoughts concerning those with special God given powers. I would love to have powers to heal and manifest things like money to help people.
Witch WISE OWNER OF DIVINE FEMINE POWER.
It means to me is that a Witch is a very beautiful and powerful woman you don’t want to mess with.
No comment is needed I know who what I am…. A witch who has the positive healing power can heal rather it be in sickness or health.
Being a witch and being able to embrace it is a grand feeling. Have no doubt, people will laugh, tease, and generally make fun of you for this. Stand fast, they will come around. I was born this way and made to hide it. Never felt like I belonged anywhere. Always felt like I had no roots, no grounding. Then I was talking to a wild deer and he came right to me, head down, wanting to know who I was! I have always loved my green thumb. My garden is even more amazing now that I love who and what I am. I can grow anything……I rescue plants and animals. Get them healthy them find them homes or return them to the wild. So much satisfaction……….I love my gifts…
Growing up, the word “witch” meant an evil woman dressed in black conjuring up spells detrimental to everyone around her. Movies and TV shows have always depicted witches as ugly, evil creatures.
On the other hand, when I was older, I realized a “witch” could be an everyday person, usually a woman, such as a Wiccan, that can conjure up good.
