Join Sara and Anna as they reflect on 2020, witch style!

What can we say?! It’s Been A Year! Who could have predicted the journey 2020 has taken us on? Here is a look back over 2020 at The Sisters Enchanted. 

Anna had a lockdown wedding and pandemic birth

It was a huge year of exciting family transitions for Anna. Anna was married soon after the pandemic took hold and we were all forced into lockdown and isolation. So, not quite the wedding planned but it was a beautiful day. Anna then gave birth in the midst of a global pandemic and after juggling pregnancy with home schooling as well as home working. Although super stressful, having to rewrite plans gave her the space and chance to rethink priorities and boundaries and how she wanted her birth and early days with a new family to be. 

Unexpected changes and challenged can give us these opportunities to take time, rest, stop, think and reset.

Sara lead business through change and uncertainty

This was something that Sara experienced through this year too. The Sisters Enchanted entered 2020 in an exciting transitional stage of growth. Five new team members joined Sara and Anna this year, which has been wonderful, but also gave Sara the extra feeling of being responsible, not just only for herself and Anna and their families, but for her staff throughout the pandemic. Challenges can force us to double down on what we really want to be doing and how we can best achieve it and that is just what Sara, Anna and the new team have done throughout the year. The year has been a testing one, but we have navigated the tough times together and turned it into a good year where we have levelled up a notch or two.

Our Highlights

In 2020 we have had:

• 87,000 people register in free classes.
• 200,000 podcast downloads.
• 4,400 people registered in our Tarot Throwdown course.
• 400 people join us for our Holistic Witchery program. 
• We have welcomed five new team members. 
• Through all of this, we have been able to donate money to six different places.

For Sara, owning and leading a business that impacts so many people during one of the most challenging years of our lives has turned out to be one of the biggest transformational experiences in her life. There has been a lot of positives and celebrations but also lots shadow work, growth and quick pivots along the way to make it all happen. 

Our Amazing Community!

Community is at the heart of The Sisters Enchanted and it has never been more important for us all to come together in the groups and live events and share. It has been super cool to welcome so many people into Tarot Throwdown and our Free Courses and to get to know even better those members who have been with us while and to see them grow and develop over this year.  Our Halloween class weekend was a real highlight for us all. We shared and learned so much together and had SO much fun at the online Witches Ball!

Our community have been amazing through this challenging of years! Our community growth has been awesome this year, with people from all walks of life joining us. This has really helped us to be better at what we do, and we so appreciate single one of you!

Our Thoughts as 2020 Comes to a Close

Sara said she wanted this year to be a year with more spaciousness. She got that in spades for sure! It has been a year of spaciousness and we have learned to use that space to slow down, take a look at ourselves, do some shadow work where needed, assess our priorities and pivot. We have pivoted a lot this year! We’ve handled them well though and found opportunities through the challenges and lessons the year has brought along. 

As we close this year, we can look back and see that it has been challenging, and we haven’t even got onto the political and racial challenges and everything we have learned about ourselves and one another through those. But it has been a good year and there is not one day that we don’t see the privilege in what we get to do with all of you and we are so thankful!

2020 is a year none of us will forget and it is a year you have shared with us so thank-YOU! We can’t wait to do more of it in 2021!
