Something that I’ve become a little obsessed with is storytelling and how we create our lives by the stories that we tell. Each word that we speak has the power to change a moment. We cast a spell without even thinking about it, leave an imprint on the people around us, and change the threads of the past, present, and future, with our stories.

At Beltane we tell the tale of the God and the Goddess and their union which brings life back to Earth. We sing the songs of the fae as we dance barefoot around a crackling bonfire and weave flowers in our hair.

As we usher in the light months and bid farewell to the dark, take some time this Beltane to conjure memories of the past six months. What did you learn from the cozy but cold winter months? What mistakes did you make? What joys did you experience?
