Inner Truth and Integrity
Full Moon in Aries
Aries is the very first sign of the Zodiac, the sign that represents the start of things, the start of a quest or journey or of an idea that drives a great pioneering energy within us.
Pioneers have to assert themselves and their ideas and inventions into the world if they are going to be successful and Aries wants us to assert ourselves.
Self-assertion is something that we may well find difficult. We may be programmed to believe that it is not polite to assert ourselves, our beliefs, and our ideas or that that we are not as important as those around us to push ourselves forward in that way.
Think for a minute about your passions and your purpose in life. Think about your intention for this Lunar cycled. How can you achieve these things if you don’t assert them through your presence in the world? These things are important. You are important.
The Full Moon in Aries is a great time to think about what stops you from asserting what is important to you into the world. Is it a lack of confidence? Self-esteem? Or a built-in programmed way of thinking that you should sit back and let others take the spotlight?
Let these be the things you release with this Moon.
Scorpio Season
Scorpio season is upon us from October 22nd. The Sun in Libra bought a focus on connecting with people, on our relationships and finding balance and compromise within them.
Libra likes to please others to avoid upsetting the balance. Scorpio is perfectly happy to sting if needs be as it urges us to delve deeply into what is under the surface of others and our relationships. To explore things unseen to discover truth.
Alongside getting to the hidden truths of others, Scorpio wants us to look deeply at ourselves and face what is hidden deep within – our fears, our shame.
In the Northern Hemisphere, the Scorpio Sun heralds the season of Samhain, the last harvest when much of nature is in death. Leaves fall from the trees and plants wither down. Nature returns to the earth where deep, unseen powerful transformations take place ready for the shoots of new birth to rise in the spring.
In the Northern Hemisphere, the Scorpio Sun heralds the season of Samhain, the last harvest when much of nature is in death.

This is the time for us to do the same. To go deep within ourselves, to our source. To look back over all we have harvested in the past year – the good and the not so good things we have gathered and to do deep shadow-work to bring healing and transformation so we can make stronger, healthier decisions and intentions.
Samhain is the time when the veil between the seen and unseen, the light and the dark is at its thinnest.
Look where Scorpio is in your chart. This is where the Sun is passing for you at this time. What is the Sun on for you at this time? What shadows here can be bought into its light and warmth for healing and transformation ready for new, healthier shoots of growth in the New Year at Samhain? Where do you need to delve to find your deep truths and authenticity?
The Close of October and the Lunar Year
The coming New Moon on November 4th is not only a New Moon but brings the start of a brand-new Lunar Year.
As we approach this time, there are some key planetary transits that are adding to this deeply reflective Scorpio energy.
The Sun is Square Saturn through the last week of October, meaning our Ego, vitality and our creative Selves are squaring up and tussling for power with our responsibilities – and how well we feel we have faced up to them.
The Sun’s deep and inward looking Scorpio energy can lead us to ruminations, over thinking, sometimes into some darkness and depressive ideas. This square is not going to help this at all. We may feel restricted and weighed down by our responsibilities and worries. Those we have to answer to, those in authority over us, may call us into line for appraisal and for our truth. This should include ourselves!
This is not easy energy but with pain comes growth and Scorpio’s deep transformation.
The veil between our past, presents and future Selves is thin now.
Where have you not lived up to the expectations and responsibilities given to you by your past Self? What would your future Self say to you right now about your authenticity and how well you are handling responsibilities that will impact on your future life experience?
As October and the Lunar Year close, it is time to really knuckle down, face your inner truth, your integrity, your responsibilities and get the work done that is needed to transform and plant healthy, vibrant seeds to live your best intentional and intuitive life through the coming New Lunar Year.
