Love your pendulum? Wondering how you can incorporate it into Tarot readings?
There are many ways to include a pendulum in your Tarot practice! I keep mine close by for almost every Tarot reading. Here are some ways to combine the two.
- Purchasing a deck. If you’re going into a store to purchase a tarot deck, and you have trouble deciding, asking your pendulum which deck is your deck, will help you in making your decision.
- Use your pendulum to select a deck. If I am not called to a deck right away or I’m having trouble choosing one, I will use my pendulum to decide on which deck to use.
- Confirming you’re on the right intuitive track. Sometimes the cards can be confusing. I often start out a reading, gather my initial thoughts, and then ask for guidance with the pendulum to determine if I am on the correct reading path.
- Using the pendulum to confirm card pulls. Sometimes a card pull can look wrong. (Although I believe that there are no wrong card pull’s) But they may be for another question, or maybe you were side tracked while shuffling, or got lost thinking about something else. Your pendulum can confirm if the cards you pulled are the correct cards for you querent and their question.
- Connecting with your Guides. The pendulum can be used to connect with your guides, or your subconscious (whichever is your thing!) And getting validation that you are clear vessel, and are prepared to read for someone else. Or that one of your guides is with you, and helping you with the reading, that you are in a protected space, and that their guidance is clear. This can help you have confidence, and validation in your tarot reading for yourself and clients.
Tarot and pendulums are both powerful divination tools, and together they work perfectly. Combining the pendulum with your tarot work can be a huge help, and very beneficial to the overall outcome of the reading. And in person the pendulum, I feel just adds more magic to the cards, and can really raise the overall experience of a tarot reading for your querent or client, as well as yourself.
Happy Reading 🙂
