With our Full Moon in Pisces, this is a great time to commit to new personal goals or even take a leap of faith!
This is also a really great time to work on yourself and your anxieties- begin the process of learning to accept your imperfections and start working towards the things that you can change!
What you’ll need:
- A Bath tub, or large bowl!
- Flower petals, dried herbs, bath salts, bubble bath.. whatever you have!
- A piece of paper or notebook.
- Something to drink that brings you comfort.
- A candle if you’d like 🙂
Draw yourself a foot bath, in your tub or bowl. Sprinkle in it whatever you have at home from the list above. Get your beverage, piece of paper or note book and settle in.
Since now you have created yourself a loving bath and drink you can sit quietly with yourself and evaluate what things in your life feel nourishing and loving that you want to stay connected to, and what things do not, that need cutting away.
Journal on these.
If you feel called to you can always burn away something you want to release. Or put a note of what you want to stay connected to in the water with you to keep the emotional ties flowing together.
