If there’s one thing Sara loves, it’s an Ask Me Anything session! There’s something magical about diving into the curiosities of our witchy women community and uncovering the everyday magic that keeps us connected to our intuition, rituals, and mystical practices. If you missed part one, be sure to check that out here for even more juicy insights. But today, we’re tackling round two—covering everything from divination and intuition to witchy travel essentials and the supplements Sara swears by.
So grab your favorite cup of tea (witchy brew optional, but highly encouraged), and let’s get into it!
Reconnecting With Your Intuition (No Meditation Required!)
One of the top questions was: “When you’ve lost touch with your intuition, what practices—other than meditation—can help you reconnect?”
First of all, I love that this person specified “not meditation.” It’s the go-to advice for everything, but let’s be honest—if your intuition is out of whack, sitting in silence with your racing thoughts might not be the answer you need.
Instead, I suggest working with your chakras.
Root Chakra: Remind yourself that you are safe and in control of your physical world.
Sacral Chakra: Tap into joy and passion—do something creative, playful, or just plain fun.
Solar Plexus: Rebuild confidence in your inner knowing. Visualize yourself owning your decisions with certainty.
Heart Chakra: Reaffirm that you are worthy of everything you desire.
Throat Chakra: Speak your truth—journal, sing, or have an honest conversation with yourself.
Third Eye: Trust that your intuition is speaking to you—you just need to listen.
Crown Chakra: Connect with the universe, your guides, or whatever higher power resonates with you.
When you work with your energy in this way, you start feeling your intuition again, rather than forcing it. And trust me—your intuition is always there. Sometimes, we just need to remove the static to hear it clearly.
Best Divination Tool for Beginners
Another great question: “There are so many divination tools! Which one is your favorite, and what’s best for a beginner?”
Hands down, tarot is my favorite. But for a brand-new practitioner who wants to develop intuition rather than rely on guidebooks? Oracle cards and pendulums are fantastic places to start.
Oracle Cards offer more freedom in interpretation, allowing you to explore symbolism and personal meaning without rigid structures.
Pendulums tap into your subtle energetic movements, helping you build confidence in your inner knowing. Plus, they’re great for yes/no questions when you just need a little confirmation.
If you’re feeling adventurous, tarot can still be a wonderful beginner’s tool—but approach it as a storytelling exercise rather than memorizing meanings. Lay out four cards and tell a story with them. That’s your intuition speaking!
Witchy Travel Must-Haves
For those of us who practice everyday magic, travel can feel a little disruptive. A question I got was: “How do you maintain a routine practice while traveling?”
The key? Keep it simple. Here’s what’s always in my witchy travel kit:
✔ Tarot deck – A non-negotiable for me.
✔ Journal – For reflections, card pulls, and tracking moon cycles.
✔ A few crystals – Sometimes yes, sometimes no, but they’re easy to pack!
✔ A small electric candle – For ambiance without the fire hazard.
✔ Nature – If I’m near the beach, river, or forest, I work with the elements around me instead of bringing tools.
Remember: magic isn’t about how many tools you have. It’s about your intention. Adapt your rituals to your environment, and you’ll always feel connected.

Supplements & Everyday Magic for Witchy Women
One of the more unexpected questions was: “What vitamins and supplements do you take and why?”
Let me just preface this by saying—I’m no doctor! But here’s what’s in my daily lineup:
Magnesium – For restful sleep and overall well-being.
Inositol + Ashwagandha – Absolute game-changers for mood regulation and nervous system support.
Omega-3 (Fish Oil) – Great for brain health and overall vitality.
These supplements are a small, everyday magic practice that supports my well-being, energy, and intuition. And let’s be real—feeling good in your body makes it way easier to feel good in your spiritual practice.
The Witchiest Thing I Do on a Daily Basis
One person asked: “What’s the witchiest thing you do every day?” And honestly? It’s everything.
- I read tarot daily.
- I drink tea with intention (because why not charge your tea with a little magic?).
- I track the moon phases in my planner and align my actions with lunar energy.
- I casually touch trees and rocks in public like a total weirdo.
- I wear all black, all the time, and somehow I’m always the only one dressed that way in a room.
But at the end of the day, the witchiest thing I do is simply living life in alignment with magic, intuition, and nature’s rhythms.
When You Wonder If You Were Meant for Another Path
One deeply personal question was: “What do you do when you feel like maybe you were meant to take another path in life—besides the one you’re on?”
First of all, you are not alone. Every single person has these thoughts. And the truth is, no matter which path you had taken, you’d still have moments of wondering “What if?”
The key is to recognize that everything—your relationships, your experiences, your struggles—shapes who you are right now. Instead of fixating on an alternate timeline, ask yourself:
- What do I want to feel more of in my life right now?
- What energy shifts would help me feel more aligned?
- How can I bring a little more magic into my daily routine?
Life isn’t about choosing the “right” path. It’s about embracing the path you’re on and making it your own.
