How to Find Time For Yourself

Today we’re going to talk about time.

Time is our only finite resource. It’s one of those things that no matter what we do, we can’t get back once it’s gone. Have you spent any time examining where your time is going? Or maybe you feel like you have no time for yourself because you’re filled with satisfying other commitments for everyone else. Part of what we look at when we talk about time is understanding what it is you want and why you want it. Then you can work on making the time for yourself to make those things happen.

Every time you’re saying “yes” to something, you’re saying “no” to something else. Is there an instance where you’re saying “yes” to things that are preventing you from getting to the things you really want to do?

When you feel like you’re running out of time for the things you want to do, really start to examine what you are saying “yes” to and how those situations make you feel. If you find that you lose a lot of your time scrolling through instagram or Tiktok, maybe there’s a habit you can break to get you back those hours spent doing something mindless. As always, life is about balance, but we want to help you find the time for the things that really spark your passion (similar to what we talked about last week, you can listen to that podcast episode here)

This is something we also cover in our book, Magical Self-Care. In there Sara breaks down even further how to do a time study and take back power over your time. It really is the foundation of so much of what we teach here at The Sisters Enchanted.

Already carving out some time to perhaps grow that dream project you always wanted to start? Well you’re in luck. On Thursday, May 26th at 1PM EST Sara will be hosting a free Society of Business Witchery Workshop. Click here to reserve your spot or click on the banner below.
