When you join us for Expedition to Soul and get your Feild Guide, we give you some tips and tricks to get ready for your Quest!
Here some suggestions on how to create Maps to get ready for your Expedition to Soul!
Here are some things to remember!
- Map out your home! Your living space is where you are Questing! It’s where it all starts, draw a map of your home and how it feels energetically! Use different colors to express energy.
- Knowing what parts of your home don’t feel great will help you to decide where you may want to journal, or pull cards, go to the places at home that light you up!
- Draw yourself! Reflect on the energy in your own body! This can help you decide what expectations you can bring with you or leave behind on your quest!
- Make a map! One of your personal quest. What is point A? What is point B? What might get in your way on your quest?

Hi, in the map from A-B. OMGoodness. I must be in the Swiss Alps or in the Grand Canyon. I have alot of mountains to climb.
Hopefully i can reduce them to mole hills but this excercise sure let me see all obstacles in my way… Isnt there a song w that line in it ??? ☺ i am looking forward to clearing away some of these monsters. I might need a magic dragon though…
