You know those times when you just KNEW that you should have done something, but didn’t, and then kicked yourself in the butt for it later?
What if you knew exactly when your intuition was speaking and listened to it, mostly (I mean, we’re all human), without fail?

Here are three great ways to crank up those intuitive skills and stop wishing that you had listened to yourself to begin with.

  1. Write it down. Keep note of the times that little coincidences occur or the times when you just KNEW something was going to happen but didn’t act on it to begin with. As we keep track of these events, we begin to see them more and more, eventually gaining confidence and becoming better and better at listening to that amazing intuition of yours!
  2. Practice. Ask yourself a question. For example, where do I most want to go on vacation this year? Write down two possibilities on blank pieces of paper or on notecards and place them face down in front of you. Mix them up and then intuitively choose your top choice. Was it spot on or not so much? Keep practicing and learn to tap into your inner wisdom.
  3. Listen to your body. Are you feeling super constricted and closed off when you think of a situation? Or, are you feeling really open and like there is just fresh air and sunshine flowing through your body? That’s your intuition talking! That closed off feeling is usually a sign that something is not going to be a good fit for you or that it’s time to let something go or say no. An open and expansive feeling is typically your intuition giving you the go ahead!

All three of these techniques are super easy ways to work on your intuition that you can incorporate into your everyday life!
